Choose this magnet wire for a high quality product for use in a wide range of projects, including work on transformers, solenoids, wound coils, motors and other instruments. Magnet wire is also often used in school science projects thanks to its high temperature properties. The coiled wire requires protection from short-circuiting, so it is coated in a thin layer of insulation, made of modified Polyester with a Polyamideimide overcoat.
This magnet wire meets the NEMA MW-35-C standard for operating temperature (200°C/392°F) and insulation makeup. It is also carefully drawn to meet specific size requirements based on the National Electrical Manufacturer's Association (NEMA) standards.
Remington Industries has this wire in a full range of sizes from 14-44 AWG. We can also offer custom services including wire re-packaging, wire processing, wire winding and more to meet your needs.
