This stainless steel wire is made from alloy 316L. Single stranded with no coating, the wire is easy to weld, flexible, resistant to corrosion, and can withstand temperatures up to 925°C (1697°F). This type of wire is general purpose, and can be used for anything from specialized scientific applications to general electrical projects. The bright finish also makes it ideal for jewelry making and craft projects.
